Malfunction when installed on external storage

Congratulations on the excellent work on the 'exclave' app.

I spent a couple of hours installing and uninstalling different versions of 'exclave' only to find that the app doesn't work properly when my TCL Google TV installs it on external storage. The solution is simple: move the app to internal storage.

My second request is to review the app so that it works using only the remote control, without needing to use the mouse pointer.

Installing to external storage has never been tested. It is opt-in for app developers and most apps don't care about adapting this or are not suitable for this at all. Installing to external storage may break things. I need to investigate if this is possible without breaking things. https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/data/install-location#ShouldNot

There is no plan to adapt TV surface now but contributions webcome.

internalOnly is declared (I am not the original author of SagerNet so I can't explain if there was specific reason for this). How did you install it to external storage? By "force allow apps on external" in developer options or some other methods? Can you elaborate what does not work correctly?
