JEI has Fabric version now. I think it should be easy to add compatibility to it since you already have JEI compatibility in Forge version of Hex Casting? Maybe you can even move JEI compatibility to Common module now.
I know there is EMI compatibility but not all mods are compatible with EMI sadly
