Doesn't locate method definitions inside another method or block contexts

I was cheking about an issue regarding vscode ruby extension. Linking the issue here.

Methods defined inside another method or block contexts aren't parsed by ruby-method-locate

@saimageshvar I'm not a maintainer for this project, I just provided one PR years ago.

Anyway, I think this package isn't even really used by VS Code Ruby anymore, if I'm not mistaken.
