Description of the issue
During the SWAPI gain test it was noticed that the reported EU-converted voltages [V] do not match actual on-board voltage settings. PCEM levels during this gain test were actually 2050-2350, and SCEM levels were 2150-2450.

Suggest pulling latest SWAPI CTDB, maybe this is just a case of outdated CTDB?
