Pop-up icon becomes black

Pop-up background set to black

Pop-up text and icon set to white

Custom layout being used, didn't test on default layout.

When pop-up with action keys are highlighted they turn black and stay that way. The image show's the ones I've highlighted vs those I have not.

No issue on default layout, ill check if custom layout not applying correctly

Odd, I added a qwerty layout last night and it was doing it as well with the black theme.

I just did a data wipe and the default layout with block theme does it.
