Grambank suggestions: versioning and feature names

Hi!

This looks really cool. As one of the Grambankers, may I make two suggestions?

1. please track version. So far, we have only publicly released v1 but more is coming. It would be great if this project made versioning more readily trackable by the user. Same is true for the other datasets
2. for names of grambank features, may I suggest using the same ones we have in Grambank_ID_desc in the ParameterTable? https://github.com/grambank/grambank/blob/master/cldf/parameters.csv Just to be consistent.

By the way, I think the citation for APiCs in the ACL paper is wrong, it should be:
