I'm writing to request a refund for a subscription renewal that I did not authorize.

What happened: I subscribed to your monthly plan about a month ago and used the service during that period — it worked well, no complaints on that front. However, I did not request or authorize the auto-renewal that was charged to my account this morning. I no longer need the service and would like to request a full refund of this renewal charge.
I'd appreciate confirmation of the refund, and please also confirm the subscription has been cancelled so I'm not billed again next cycle.
