Add an AI assistant to the NethVoice CTI chat, allowing users to retrieve and analyze platform data through natural-language requests.

Examples of supported requests could include:

  • Calls made on the previous day to a specific customer
  • Call transcriptions within a selected date range
  • Sentiment analysis for a specific call
  • Other relevant information available in the NethVoice platform

The main goal is to reduce the time required to search for and analyze information, making data more accessible also to non-technical users.

The AI assistant could also encourage wider adoption of the standard chat integrated into the CTI. The chat would not be limited to internal communication, but could also be used to interact with customers, prospects, and external contacts through the x-bees application.

Proposed solution

Integrate an AI assistant into the NethVoice CTI chat that can interpret natural-language queries, retrieve authorized data from the platform, and return clear, contextual answers.

The assistant should respect the existing user permissions and data-access rules defined in NethVoice.

Possible supported data sources include:

  • Call history
  • Call recordings and transcriptions
  • Sentiment analysis
  • Contacts and customer information
  • Other data exposed by the NethVoice platform

Alternative solutions

Provide dedicated search and reporting interfaces for each supported use case.

This approach would be less flexible and would require users to know where each piece of information is stored and how to configure the related filters.

Additional context

This feature could improve both data accessibility and the overall value of the CTI chat.

It could also provide a foundation for future AI-assisted workflows, such as call summaries, follow-up suggestions, customer-history analysis, and contextual assistance during external conversations.
