[Feature]: Add support and adapter for Agy CLI

What problem are you trying to solve?

I am using Agy CLI as my primary AI coding assistant. Currently, Better Harness supports agents like Claude Code, Cursor, Qoder, and Copilot CLI, but does not have integration/adapter support for Agy CLI. As a result, Agy CLI users cannot leverage Better Harness skills, reporting, and automated workflow repairs within their development environment.

What would success look like?

1. Agy CLI is listed and supported as a recognized agent/environment in Better Harness.
2. Users can run Better Harness commands or skills directly within an Agy CLI session.
3. The generated findings and repairs can be directly invoked or consumed by Agy CLI to improve project harness.

Where would this be used?

Agy CLI, standalone CLI, and Better Harness adapter / skill ecosystem.

Examples or evidence

Agy CLI is gaining adoption among developers who want terminal-based AI coding support. Adding an adapter for Agy CLI similar to the existing integrations (e.g., Claude Code or Qoder) would expand Better Harness's reach to more developer workflows.
