This work will have to be upgraded post-upgrade. Completion of work pre-upgrade, as was the only issue added to the sprint initially, can be found in draft PR#2 at commit 23eee7f.

The Angular routing has changed in DSpace 9. The routes are now using path parameters for scope, with additional paths for search, subcommunities and collections, and browse by routes.
