So, one thing messing up the my conversions was all the ghosting, pixels out of place etc. Tuning with stereo shift, Subject Control constantly looked like pixels where on the wrong layer and therefore pixels got out of shift. Changing from 1080p to 2160p (because i think watching 1080p on 4k screen multiples the problem pixels) made this less (but takes longer). Testing different depth maps and so on did not resolve the problem.
Until i noticed the color gradient in the heat map of a wall slightly tilled, left side more to the back than right side. Only Distill Any Depth Large and DA3 Mono cached it the right way in the heat map. Then i switched to Left_right diff and noticed black area(s). Thinking this must be the conversion plane (because no difference) and switched back to heat map. The black area corresponded with one of the color gradients. Now there are 8 colors with yellow and light blue making in the middle this minty green color. Thinking is is the center (dark red to yellow go back and light to dark blue go to front) i took the Conversion Strength and sliding it moved the black area. I moved the black area (with negative strength) to match the black area with the minty green. Matching the black center with the brightest green and making the overlap with yellow and light blue as small as possible reduced the ghosting (etc) even on 1080p sources with at least 50%.
