In cases of vaccination record falsification, provide a level of confidence about information provided by client or client's guardian.

Provide additional fields in output json about the level of confidence.

This would be more of capturing data if vaccine documentation is complete (e.g. HCP that administered vaccine, plus a valid lot number), vs. it was attested to have been received on a certain date. This could potentially be used for custom symbols in the generated charts.
