Resume after limit reset

Would be cool if i could instruct polyscope to continue after the limit of claude code has been reset

Bumping this with measured data from a session-limit event today (PolyScope 0.24.1).

The problem is worse than just "doesn't resume": every retry against the closed
window consumes one of the goal's max_iterations slots. Autopilot retried 22 times
in 30 seconds (intervals of 1-2s, no backoff), taking the counter from 5 to 28
against a cap of 25. The goal then stayed paused for ~1.5h until I clicked Resume
by hand, and because it is now over its cap it pauses again after every single
story, so each remaining story needs its own manual click.

Claude already puts the reset time in the error message itself ("You've hit your
session limit · resets 1pm (Europe/Madrid)"), so Autopilot has everything it needs
to sleep until then and continue on its own.

Filed the iteration-accounting side as a separate bug
