soft-reboot not implemented for composefs backend

I haven't found an issues regarding this.

On another note is it ok if I file issues that are "X is not implemented yet in composefs but is on ostree"?

I should've said from the start, sorry.

to reproduce:

1. bootc install to-disk ... --composefs-backend ...
2. sudo systemctl soft-reboot

Results in a black screen with an underscore in the top left corner of the screen

bootc status --verbose says Soft-reboot: no , even though there is only one deployment, not even a staged or rollback one.

The same image on the ostree backend shows soft-reboot: yes when freshly installed.

Soft rebooting is for switching to a staged deployment without doing a full reboot. Soft rebooting to the same deployment has no meaning in and of itself. The soft-reboot param in the output is just for that purpose and is only important for deployments other than the booted one.

That said, systemctl soft-reboot should still work, though it would just reboot into the same deployment. Maybe it's something to do with composefs + some system config that's preventing a soft-reboot
