Merge remaining ttl files and remove residual ttl files

There are a number of residual ttl files in must / should / may folders, which may be a left over of the big merge #123 or additional ttl files still need to be merged.

This issue is meant to address this point, i.e. merging anything still needing merging, and removal of any residual ttl files.
