I submitted the company account verification for the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Developer Program on July 8, 2026, but the Vetting Status has remained in “Pending” beyond the expected verification timeframe.

The account is active and the EU Digital Services Act compliance status is marked as compliant. I have not received any email requesting additional documents or information, and no action or “Fix now” option is currently available in the Verification Summary page.

This pending verification is preventing me from publishing the Relay browser extension on Microsoft Edge Add-ons.

Could you please check the current verification status and let me know if there are any issues with the application or if any additional information or documents are required from my side?

If possible, I would also appreciate an estimated timeframe for the verification to be completed.

I have already checked Partner Center under Account settings > Legal info.

The verification status is still “Pending”, there is no “Fix now” button, and I have not received any email requesting additional information or documents.

The application was submitted on July 8, 2026, so the verification has already exceeded the stated three-to-five-business-day timeframe.

Could you please escalate the case to the account verification team or manually check whether there is any issue preventing completion?

Hi Rahul, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, there is no “Upload document” or “Fix now” option available in my Partner Center account. My Microsoft Edge Developer Program vetting status is still shown as “Pending”, and the Verification Summary page does not display any action that allows me to re-submit documents. I have attached a screenshot showing the current page. Could you please enable the document upload option for my account, or provide the exact direct page where I should re-submit the verification documents? Thank you. Hi Rahul,

I already used the “Fix now” option and submitted the verification document requested by Partner Center several days ago.

After submitting the document, the verification status returned to “Pending”, and the “Fix now” and “Upload document” options disappeared.

Therefore, I currently have no option available to upload or re-submit any document.

Could you please confirm whether the document I submitted was successfully received by the vetting team?

If you need me to submit it again, please re-enable the “Fix now” or “Upload document” option for my account, or provide me with a direct link to the correct upload page.

This account verification is currently blocking both the publication of my Microsoft Edge extension and the submission of my Windows application to the Microsoft Store.
