[Bug - Android] Calling `sidePanel.getLayout()` on EdgeAndroid crashes browser

Calling sidePanel.getLayout() on EdgeAndroid crashes browser and force uninstalls the extension from the browser.

Calling such method should never result in a crash let alone force uninstall the extension.
