[Issue] unable to add app icon

Describe the bug

Under app settings there is no way to set app icon Which is really important to display organisational logo etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to published app
2. Click on settings
3. There is no way to change the app icon

Expected behavior

Like canvas app it should allow us to set app icon

Actual behavior

Currently you can't set app icon
