Only Include Files That Are Needed to Use the Migration Tool

Add a [nuspec](https://github.com/microsoftgraph/msgraph-sdk-powershell/blob/features/2.0/src/Authentication/Authentication/Microsoft.Graph.Authentication.nuspec) file to include only the files that are needed to use the tool. The published module has unnecessary files that are not needed to use the tool. These files add bloats to the tool size:
