Issue: Editing in multiple tabs resulted in corrupted data

From the user:

• Segmenting .tif file, hit save, worked on another segmentation in a second tab, went back to export and could no longer open my annotated file.
• Segment a single .tif stack (not individual .tiffs, but a stacked .tif which might be the issue?)
• When I went to re-open my annotated file in the browser, it said unsupported slice shape in stack (dimensions of my stacked .tiff file instead of the slices it initially picked up). It also did not save all my annotated slices it appears.

This bug needs some effort to try and reproduce to understand the underlying issue.
