Bug: crashes when one of the PRs is being merged/in GH merge queue

When one of the GH PR is in merge queue/cannot be edited, stack-pr will crash with a stack trace. Ideally this should be avoided - it could e.g. skip updating it's description instead of crashing with a stack trace.
