Integration test improvement

There are some simplifications to be made.

• Config duplication in the tests can be avoided.
• To be checked if bash-script allows to test locally easily both EPICS and TANGO.

How do you want to do it then? For EPICS, I'm still working on the simulator side, but I lack time, to be honest.

Using fragment (ConfigurationManager) with dynamic config for the CS.
It will also allow to avoid the duplication of fodo_1gev_6d_pyaml-oa.yaml and fodo_1gev_6d_pyaml.yaml.

I'm on it. I need to refactor my configuration generator first so it can build a more modular configuration that is usable by the pyaml configuration manager. Two new lattices will be used to replace the current one.
