I successfully installed and tested eufy-sync in a Synology Docker container. It synced nicely, everything was in Garmin Connect. But it's already happened twice that measurements that were clearly synced to the cloud aren't being "found." The message "no new measurements" appears. I then took additional measurements, which were also synced to the cloud (all visible in the app). But somehow they're no longer recognized.
--backfill-days doesn't seem to work either.
Wouldn't it be possible to add a "force" parameter to the task to sync all measurements from x days ago regardless of whether they're already there?
