Advertise the macOS Computer Name to Switchify Android

Summary

Publish the friendly macOS Computer Name through the existing BLE advertisement and status payload so Android can distinguish Macs by their configured names.

Acceptance criteria

• macOS resolves its localized Computer Name at runtime startup.
• Blank or unavailable names fall back to Switchify PC.
• The resolved name is used in the advertisement local name and status displayName.
• Windows behavior, protocol version, desktop identity, pairing, and storage remain unchanged.
• The name is never logged or included in diagnostics.
• Automated tests cover Unicode names and fallback behavior.

Coordination

Android must consume the platform-aware status name; tracked in the linked switchify-android issue.

Security review refinement: the Computer Name remains in the readable Switchify status characteristic, while the passive BLE advertisement continues using the fixed non-personalized Switchify PC name.
