Prepare v1.0.0-alpha.2 release

Goal

Synchronize the Rust/Tauri application version to 1.0.0-alpha.2 and prepare the exact source commit for the second signed cross-platform alpha release.

Acceptance criteria

• Application, launcher, browser fallback, configuration assertion, and lockfile versions are synchronized to 1.0.0-alpha.2.
• The complete contributor validation suite passes with Node.js 24 and Rust 1.97.1.
• The release-preparation pull request reaches Greptile 5/5 and all required CI passes.
• The merged commit is suitable for annotated tag v1.0.0-alpha.2.

• annotated tag points to merge commit d602bcc
• release workflow 31400806790 completed successfully
• GitHub metadata marks the release as a prerelease and exposes all seven expected signed/checksum assets
• update-feed/latest.json reports 1.0.0-alpha.2 with working macOS and Windows release URLs and signatures
• Windows checksum, Authenticode signature, packaged Alpha 1 to Alpha 2 install/restart, displayed version, and current updater state were independently verified
• feed filename normalization regression was fixed by Fix updater feed release asset URLs #563 without moving or recreating the published tag
