Add built-in variables as fields on the symbol table, except for ENVIRON, PROCINFO, SYMTAB and FUNCTAB, which we will model as separate instructions for various reasons. A small doc comment of when they are modified by the interpreter, and if they are GNU extensions, would be nice.
Their values don't have to be set right now, as most of them are I/O-related and that's underway. However, feel free to add helpers to set static ones like ARGV or ARGC if you want to.
Not all of them may be added to the lexer and AST; maliketh did a good chunk of them, but I think some were missing at the time. Not sure.
