Part of the org-wide Sonar deprecation (consolidating on CodeQL + GitHub Advanced Security). Removes the SonarCloud analysis job from the test-unit workflow and the sonar-project.properties config file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

This removes the SonarQube/SonarCloud integration from this repository as we consolidate on CodeQL + GitHub Advanced Security for code scanning and quality analysis.
Changes:
