Design-only commit (no code bytes; everything mint-gated) executing the operator's triangle-tenants directive of 2026-07-17:

  • .claude/plans/triangle-tenants-gestalt-separation-v1.md (new) — the full design:
    • §1 Three triangle value tenantsFrozenStyle / LearnedStyle / ExploreStyle, each 12 × u8, position = StyleFamily ordinal (D-TSC-1 frozen order), value = an atom from the 226-atom cognitive palette256 (144 verbs ∥ 34 recipes ∥ 36 persona ∥ 12 families; 30 spare, RESERVE-DON'T-RECLAIM). Gives the thinking-engine → P64 → cognitive-shader-driver ancestry pipeline its wiring targets: dispatch reads frozen, perturbation gems feed explore (D-QUANTGATE deterministic walk, never RNG), l4_bridge::commit_to_l4 NARS revision writes learned (resolves the W4b ORPHAN-WRITE flag as an owner &mut on the row's own lane), promotion = a kanbanstep-interior Evaluation act.
    • §2 Four awareness surfaces kept apart — triangle = policy; episodic witness + basins = memory (Lance versions + witness chains + part_of:is_a rails); gestalt awareness = ResonanceDto + palette resonance (the opponent mirror-SoA meta is resemblance, NOT replay); chess = quarantined corpus.

    • §5 Chess quarantine — chess episode data under its OWN classids until D-TRI-4 measures transfer; ONE batched mint carries triangle tenants + chess classids + Tasks-SoA task classid + W2a BoardAggregates.
    • §6 Probes D-TRI-1..4 — envelope-auditor gate, family↔step jc agreement, nail→hammer dispatch probe, chess↔thinking transfer gate.
    • §7 Non-goals — no new SoA-wrapping structs, no kanban at the membrane, no confirmation bookkeeping anywhere (E-ACK-ELIMINATED-1), no VSA carrier revival, no fifth palette catalogue without a ruling.

merge:

P2 Badge Don't mark the shipped rung loop as unwired

In the current repo the shader driver already owns a persistent RungElevator and feeds it on every dispatch (crates/cognitive-shader-driver/src/driver.rs lines 100-110 and 583-598), and the existing board marks D-VCW-1b as shipped. Leaving this new plan saying the stateful ascent loop is entirely UNWIRED can send D-TRI-6 follow-ups to duplicate or replace the live driver path instead of scoping the remaining gap to the thinking-engine/contract-bridge path described below.
