Add the bundled SOC workspace WebUI, query tool, and denoise/triage workflows. Support Hub webui/component installs with forced WebUI page builds and attached access contracts. Expose SOC alert operations setup and workspace custom page entry points in the WebUI.

Add a built-in workflow_config_manage tool for reading, diffing, syncing, and updating workflow integration config through backend route helpers. Register the tool with the native registry and cover get, put, diff, and sync behavior with tests. Refine the SOC alerts timeline to align labels to hourly ticks and move the collapse divider below the chart.
