chore: retire the agent-relay fork copy

The AgentWorkforce plugin code lives in AgentWorkforce/herdr-relay-bridge. This removes the duplicate copy carried inside this fork.

12 files, −1333 lines — plugins/agent-relay/ (README, config example, dist/*.mjs build output, package.json/lock, tests, herdr-plugin.toml) plus .github/workflows/agent-relay-plugin.yml, the workflow that only existed to build it.

Cherry-picked from 7b657a6 on feat/agent-relay-sdk onto master so it carries only the removal, not that branch's other work.

Supersedes #3, which added a second copy of the same plugin into this fork and has now been closed. check-contributor failed on that PR for 17 days while every substantive check passed — the gate was right that AgentWorkforce code doesn't belong in a fork of an upstream project.

No behaviour change here; the bridge repo is the code's real home.
