在 harness/utils 下新增 shell.ts（执行 shell 命令并支持按行/字节限制输出）和 truncate.ts（按行数与字节数截断，字节截断不拆多字节字符），防止长命令结果撑爆模型上下文。AGENTS.md 改用 bun 作为包管理器。
