Augments the existing pre-standardization (v1.2) ASCON AEAD test vectors with SP 800-232 standardization vectors. These vectors were generated with LLM help using the Trail of Bits vector forge skill and mutation testing. The produced vectors were then cross-verified with several existing ASCON AEAD implementations. See https://github.com/cpu/ascon-wycheproof-gen for more detail.
