Baut den Kommandozeilen-Konverter (net8.0) als self-contained Binary fuer linux-x64/win-x64 plus portable Variante und veroeffentlicht sie als GitHub-Release. CANboss bindet das linux-x64-Binary zur Buildzeit fuer die OD-Generierung aus EDS-Dateien ein. workflow_dispatch findet nur Workflows auf dem Default-Branch; ein Tag-Push laeuft dagegen vom getaggten Commit aus. Das GUI-Release (release.yml, v*.*.*) bleibt unberuehrt. Der Git-Proxy dieser Umgebung laesst nur Branch-Pushes zu (keine Tags), und workflow_dispatch findet nur Workflows auf main. Push-Events laufen dagegen vom gepushten Commit: die Marker-Datei traegt den Release-Tag, 'gh release create' legt den Git-Tag serverseitig an. I get that this is ai made, but you cant send a 22k pr. without a very! good description. afik its is adding CouchDB export that i think is cool, but it changes a loot! of things that has nothing to do with the export function. Something that is wrong:
