docs: promote merged controls to protected-main evidence

• update PRD/TRD/UML/threat/test/operability/traceability records after PRs feat(clients): add a closed OIDC RP claim mapper profile #72 and fix(ci): harden hourly GitHub API gate #74 merged
• promote the two controls from active-PR to protected-main evidence without claiming downstream app authorization readiness
• add a documentation contract regression test for the integrated status
