Staleness pass on the README following the 4.6.0 release:
datafog-hook(Claude Code) andDataFogGuardrail(LiteLLM), with links to both example directories and the plugin repoDATE/ZIP_CODE; the regex engine's actual labels areDOB/ZIPIntentionally left alone: the example PII placeholders in code snippets, the quick-start API surface (rewriting around scan/redact/protect is DFPY-115 scope for v5), and the OCR/Spark sections (DFPY-112 scope).
Repo description and topics were also updated (directly, not in this PR) to the firewall positioning: swapped spacy/gliner/ocr/ner topics for claude-code/litellm/ai-agents/llm-security/agent-security.
