Removes the legacy Slack PR reminder workflow (
slack-pr-reminder.yml), which calls the retiredDefectDojo-Inc/notify-pr-reviewers-action.Part of an org-wide GitHub Actions cleanup.
No replacement is added — this reminder mechanism is being retired.
