Description

Prototype SprinklingPoints class, still TODO:

• Test if approach works with Peelvenen model
• Fix two TODOs
• Add unittests and larger integration/regression/user_acceptance test
• Remove _scratch.py script, which is used to test locally with Peelvenen model
• Update changelog
