Just some repo maintanence.
Slighty simplified GetArray. xSlice, ySlice, zSlice were redundant now with ndSlices. Removed
copychunk2array2das the newercopychunk2arrayworks with 2D data. Moved static raw index calculations to outside of the loop.Went through files and looked to see if functions were referenced in any files. Removed those that were not used.
