Replaces the FastAPI proxy, Python toolbox, benchmark, Kubernetes scripts, trace seeder, and pytest suite with native Go components and tests. Adds the Grafana dashboard as code, updates the Helm chart and documentation, makes the Go module standalone, and changes CI to Go tests and vet. Validated with make check, Helm packaging, a clean live k3s/NVIDIA redeployment, Go runbook checks, Qwen CUDA smoke inference, and native benchmarking.
