  Everything that must land before the extension is published to the marketplaces for the first time. Deliberately not version-numbered: the patch component is a Nerdbank.GitVersioning git height, so the release number is not knowable until the release is cut. Scope is currently the feature work sitting on feature/views-and-run-config (PR #2), decomposed one issue per feature so each can land as its own PR and produce its own release-note line.
