Fixes various issues in the dev stack including: the postgres db not restoring correctly after restarting the podman due to the database path being wrong, the pve containers not being able to talk to each other after restart due to their ssh keys not persisting everywhere they need to persist, adds a wan6 interface so vms can actually connect to the internet with ipv6.
