zh_cn.json: Amend lazy tooltips

This is related to #26. Three changes:

• both: 高效率 -> 少卡顿 (more efficient -> less laggy)
• L-cog: 完全相同 -> 行为完全相同 (is identical -> works identically)
• flex: 反转方向 -> 可以反转方向 (reverses direction -> [can, i.e. to] reverse direction)

AND A NOEOL -> EOL. Can people please use these things as line endings and not line separators?
