fix(aigw2): Revise landing page to add context

Description of changes

• Use case table to replace use case sections: With the original AIGW landing page and this one, the use case sections with tiles, while useful, extended the page a lot. The 2.0 landing page kept the same "policy forward" stance as the original page, acting like only plugins/policies mattered when it came to use case (which was the case in AIGW 1.0 since those were the layer on top of KGW). The new use case table also highlights how entities contribute to common use cases.

Warning

Reviewers, please double check the use cases here. I made the table with Claude and have read through the content myself to make sure it makes sense, but I just want to double check with those who know AIGW a lot better than I do.

• Added more intro content: I added some of the old context back to the intro and moved the "Three traffic types, unified control" content here as well.
• Less explanation about entities/policies: I've simplified text about the entities/policies to abstract those as words the user is already familiar with. The idea is that this uses goal post links/wording, a user clicks on a link, and then they learn what the entities/policies are. Trying to add too much explanation content about these on the landing page ended up being confusing.
