The target definition moves from the 2024-06 simultaneous release to 2025-12 and from Orbit 4.32 to 4.38. Nothing this repository needs disappeared on the way; where a bundle was renamed, the new symbolic name is used. The version is raised to 1.2.0 in the POMs, the features (including license-feature-version), the bundle manifests, the update site category and the release-version of the build workflow. The other mdsd.tools repositories are consumed from their 1.2.0 release sites, so they have to be released in dependency order.
