The Agentic User Simulation Platform

Marketrix

Agents that learn your product by using it.

Point Marketrix at a URL. It reads your docs, explores your app in a real browser as AI personas, and folds everything it sees into a living graph of how your product actually works — screens, flows, and behaviour. Everything below runs on that understanding, so you describe what you want in plain language instead of wiring it up.

For product & research teams

User Studies — Synthetic research in three forms. UX Research: personas run neutral tasks and answer your research questions. Survey: personas fill your form in character, with a justification behind every answer and conjoint trade-off analysis. A/B Study: two variants judged on conversion — personas run both, each is scored on how likely it is to convert, and the variant that converts better across the journeys wins. You also see where friction peaks and who gives up.

User Interviews — Send a link to real people. They complete an AI-run interview in voice or text, with no login, and the transcripts land back in your dashboard.

User Support — An embeddable widget that answers your users in three modes: tell them, show them on the page, or do it for them. Backed by session replay and click, scroll-depth, and attention heatmaps.

For engineering teams

QA Flows — Turn plain-language requirements into journeys, bind personas to them, and run them in real Chrome across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Every journey returns a passed / failed / indecisive verdict with screenshots and the steps actually taken. No selectors to maintain, and it adapts when your UI moves.

Workflows — Connect GitHub, Slack, Teams, Jira, a timer, or MCP. Wire GitHub, Slack, and timer events into multi-step workflows so Marketrix runs inside the stack you already have.
