Summary

• add the repository-owned GDS identity anchor
• materialize deterministic, bundle-locked agent projections
• preserve the repository as an independent Git mutation boundary

Impact

No product behavior is changed. The repository becomes a managed GDS boundary with standalone local context and drift-detectable generated projections.

Validation

• GDS schema and projection validation passed
• repository-native checks were run where the repository exposes an applicable local gate
• remote branch OID was verified against the local signed task head
