Summary

Test pull request to verify the cloud agent development environment is configured correctly.

Replaces #158, which failed DCO because the original commit was missing a Signed-off-by trailer.

• pnpm: 11.0.8 (via Corepack)
• Dependencies: Installed successfully via pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --prefer-offline
• Format check: pnpm run format passed

Changes

Adds a temporary HTML comment to README.md as a no-op marker. This can be closed without merging.

Purpose

This PR exists solely to validate:
