fix(backup): send backup to cloud only if changed#1799

Now acme modifies http.header only when a new cert is issued: a new backup has to be uploaded.
Check md5 sum of every file in the backup to detect changes. Metadata changes should not trigger upload. Silence sysupgrade output properly. Clean up in case of errors.
