Renames the two AI issue-authoring skills to track Matt Pocock's upstream renames and folds in the upstream content while preserving Argos customizations. to-prd becomes to-spec; to-issues becomes to-tickets (dir, frontmatter name, description).
Folded in from upstream: wide-refactor / expand–contract sequencing, a prefactoring step, single-fresh-context-window slice sizing, disable-model-invocation, and the seam framing in to-spec step 2.
Preserved Argos bits: docs/agents pointers (not setup-matt-pocock-skills), the HITL/AFK slice classification, and GitHub-Issues-only publishing (dropped upstream's local-file path).
Updated references in CLAUDE.md, glossary.md, issue-tracker.md, and log-future-addition. Added ADR-0003 and an amendment banner on ADR-0002.
Notes
Skills/docs-only change — no runtime code touched. First of a two-PR series syncing our vendored Matt Pocock skills with upstream; the grill-with-docs split (#684) is stacked on top of this branch and will retarget to develop once this merges.
