feat(tasks): add path-prefix batch cancel, delete and retry

Summary / 摘要

Adds toolbar actions to cancel, delete or retry tasks by path prefix, so large numbers of tasks can be handled without selecting them one by one.

在任务页新增按路径前缀取消、删除、重试的工具栏操作，使大量任务无需逐条勾选即可处理。

Requires the backend endpoints added in OpenListTeam/OpenList#2846.

User-visible changes / 用户可感知的变化:

• New toolbar buttons on the task list:
  • Cancel by Path — shown for running tasks
  • Delete by Path — shown for both running and completed tasks
  • Retry by Path — shown for completed tasks that support retry
• Clicking a button opens a modal to enter the path prefix
• Deleting asks for confirmation before it proceeds
• Ambiguous administrator inputs such as ., ./, or // are rejected when they normalize to the global root; / must be entered explicitly
• After the request completes, both matched and successfully processed task counts are shown, then the list refreshes
• Applies to all task types, since they share the Tasks component

• Added the three buttons and a shared ModalInput in Tasks.tsx

• Added client-side implicit-root validation for administrator operations

• Added the TaskPathResult type with matched and processed counts

• Added English translation strings; other languages are handled through Crowdin as usual

Commands run on Windows:

• pnpm exec tsc -p tsconfig.json --noEmit — no errors in the changed files
• pnpm exec prettier --check on the changed files — passes
• pnpm build — succeeds

Manual test / 手动测试:

• Built this frontend, embedded it into a linux/amd64 OpenList binary together with feat(task): add path-prefix batch cancel, delete and retry OpenList#2846, and ran it on Linux
• Verified the buttons appear correctly for running and completed task lists
• Verified delete confirmation, root-input protection, matched/processed messages, and list refresh
• Verified an empty path input is rejected before any request is sent

Note: pnpm lint also reports pre-existing errors in MonacoEditor.tsx, archive.tsx, text-editor.tsx and storages/AddOrEdit.tsx. These exist on main and are unrelated to this change.
